Bug Bounded Mail Alert message body error

The PM Body for Bounced Mail Alert includes:

You are receiving this Private Message (PM) because your email address, {2}, has been unreachable more than {3} time(s).

Here {3} is the Bounced Mail Threshold.

I have my Bounced Mail Threshold set to 2. When two emails for a user bounce they receive the PM saying their email address has been unreachable more that 2 times when it fact it has been unreachable more than 1 time. The language of the PM should changed to "has been unreachable {3} time(s)" or {3} should be the Bounced Mail Threshold - 1.

It's a very minor problem, with an easy fix, but I thought I'd throw it out there.

The phrase will be corrected the next time I update the product XML file either for another hotfix or a new version
