Bug Problem creating Quiz

Hello! I have a problem creating quizzes. I set up several groups to do it, but -except for the Administrators group- the for for quiz creation doesn't show Type of quiz options, so when I try to create it it says to me that I didn't chose any type of quiz. You can see the bug on the image attached.
The permissions are set fine in every group

This happens in the URL vbquiz.php?do=quizcreate

If you look in the ACP
ACP->DBTech vBQuiz->Quiz Type Management

Each type of quiz, you need to set which usergroups can create quizzes.
