You can find my translation of vBActivity & Awards (Pro) 3.0.1 below. It only contains the XLM-phrases from the product and not the product itself.

Installation:

AdminCP -> Language & Phrases -> Export/Import Languages

You must overwrite your existing Ducth language and select "Ignore version".
