vbCredits suggestion - dynamically change points base on forum activity

I was wondering if this possible in either lite/pro version of vBCredits as an additional feature. Let say you have like 5 forum sections and users can earn 10 points when someone creates a thread/post. Now let say one section has very little activity. vBCredits will dynamically (<-- if im using the term right) change it to like 15 (or w/e u put for a cap) just for that forum, to promote activity. As activity increase, it will decrease by 1 point and back to 10 when the forum activity is around the same as other forums. What do you think of this idea?

You could do this manually by making multiple Post actions. I don't know, seems too complicated to make it think about how many credits to give out that way.
