Please make some changes - that i do not need every time write my site adress - product version and forum version .... i have a lot of yours products and you should make easier for us.

And please try and test your products before put in store and must say that i am very disapointed with support in last time and very bad manuals for products ... nobody know when is made some hotfix for some products - we must read all posts for know about that ...and much more ...

We have already made those changes :)

If you check your Client Area, you'll find an area called "Your Sites": https://www.dropbox.com/s/2lcppym8msvif8x/Screenshot 2014-12-12 17.33.39.png?dl=0
If you click "Add New Site" and fill out your site's information, you will be able to use this to auto-fill your information if you post your support ticket via the "Click here to open a support ticket" button visible on every single page of this site.

That page will also automatically fill out the version number of the modification you're requesting support for, so you literally just have to choose the correct product and the correct site, and the rest of the information will be automatically filled out for you :)

If you have any additional feedback to how that process can be made even easier, we'd love to hear it :)

Unfortunately no one can buy your licenses from you.

Licence Transfers:
Any licenses for DragonByte Technologies Ltd software or artwork are NON Transferable.
 
You mean that i can put all my paid licenses on warez sites for free? You should answer that is not honesty from my side, but i will ask you and your company is it honesty to sell something what is not finished and aks here for support what i can not get and must ask another coders for help?

Pretty lame how you're dealing with things here.
If you are that disappointed you should first tried out the lite versions before buying.

Throwing them online on ware websites like that could only cause more troubles for you as they may sue you for it.
Especially now that you made it public.

Also, did you ever tried giving feedback towards them in a normal way instead of threatening?
Seems like you have a lot of frustration which isn't necessary.

Can you let me know what support issues you did not receive support for here? From browsing your history the only issues we were unable to assist you with were you requesting that we make individual customisations to our products for you for free, which we obviously are unable to do.

Please note as mentioned above that placing products on warez sites is a violation of both your contract with us and international law under the WIPO copyright treaty. Please do not attempt to blackmail us with criminal threats, we do not appreciate it.

You cannot get any Support from the products because Original Developer no longer work for DBTech. Don't Forget the vBNominate, Advanced Registration, vBArcade, vBCredits II Deluxe, vBNavTabs, vBSuper PM's and more products are the dead projects, no update coming over 2 years now. I have many issue with the both products and Does not get any Support from DBTech. I think, No one using the products, Only I am last person. Old all mod are no more interested for Develop because all are of best selling. DBTech only interested for making new mod for more selling. I think you are do more best understanding. :p

This is unfair to the coders who have worked hard to make the mods. We have been using the premium mods from DBT for couple of years. We knew that the mods were in their initial release but we always looked forward to see our desired improvement, so we always provided our feedback to DBT team. It takes a lot of time and ideas to develop the modifications, but it takes less than a minute to download and install them. We had some request to DBT to add features in several of the modifications and after two years we are happy to see the latest release with the requested features. So, we have upgraded our license for lifetime. May be you should try the same.
Your patience can be considered as a respect to the hard working coders.

But at have some death products in store and some customers ask questions for 2 years and more (never get answers) are more than crimimal and not legal.

Products without manual, death products (and those are in store) and never answered questions (more than year) are Mr. Cosmic and Mr Fillip H. more than crime.
That the original developers are not here - it is not our (customers) problem - that should cheef of "company" fix.

We still support and update mods which have moved developer. Typically mods are updated based on feature request demand - the more people requesting new features for a mod, the higher priority it gets. If few people are requesting new features, it sadly becomes less of a priority. Over the last year we have released roughly 70x more updates to mods than we have released new mods. We typically add features to 2-3 mods each week (meaning we had about 100-150 feature updates in 2014), but we only released 4 new mods in that time, two of which are completely free.

That means for every 1 new paid mod we released, we released 50+ updates to existing mods. I don't think it's fair to say we're only interested in making new mods to sell more.

On average, a feature takes 6 hours to code and test. Feature updates tend to have 3-4 new features. That means that in a year, we spend about 3100 hours coding new features for mods, or about 12 hours every working day, Monday to Friday.

We have over 200 mods across all platforms. That means that if we split it so every mod got 1 update in a rotation system, we would need to find 4800 hours per year. That's about 18 hours per day, every day. And it would mean each mod would only receive 1 update of 3-4 features per year. I feel the vast majority of our customers prefer the current system, where updates are prioritised based on how many people are using the product and requesting updates. This keeps the most people happy, though it's not possible to please everyone. It also means we have to carefully choose which features to implement, and focus on features that the largest number of customers want or will find useful.

Regarding the mods you mentioned, Advanced Registration, Notifications and Super PM's are all scheduled to receive updates during the first quarter of this year.

Can you show me the unanswered questions from 2 years ago? They must have somehow been missed by our system and I would like to correct that and see them resolved.

Please note that support of products is not something you pay for, as stated in the terms and conditions you agree to every time you make a purchase. We also do not advertise anywhere that manuals are included. We have conducted surveys on this matter in the past and the overwhelming majority of customers stated they would rather see us spend our time adding features to products instead of writing manuals. As such we follow the wishes of our customers.

At no point do we make claims which are false or advertise anything we do not provide. All of our products work as they are advertised to, and in the rare occasion someone's particular setup means the product will not work on their site for a reason we cannot fix, we provide refunds.

Boxes not looking as pretty as someone would like, or the display not being shown in a way they want it to is not a product being broken. Just because you dislike how something is shown or works, does not mean it is broken or that you have a right to force us to recode it until it is the way you want it to be. That falls under custom work, and is something people pay extra for.

We supply the products as-is, with a completely free lite version that includes most of the features of the pro version. This allows you to test the product and ensure you are happy with the way it works before you purchase. Purchasing the product and then demanding we change it because you want it to work or look different from how it does is not something we feel obliged to do.

Would you threaten Microsoft that you will give Windows to pirates if they refuse to make the taskbar look the way you want it to? Do you demand they change the layout of Windows 8 to suit you? If not, why do you make those demands of us and threaten us when you do not get your way?
