Direct access to new support ticket system

I just read in latest blog about new support ticket system and it looks great.

It enables fast way to post new problems, suggestions, etc. I also see that it has special review page where we can see our tickets (http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/ticket.php), but I didn't find direct link in navbar or in some other logical, but also very visible place. It would be great if you include it also.

Now I tried to fill new ticket, then I noticed that there's more.

Probably you already plan something like this, but just to make sure the link is made easily available to us all. Keep the good work.
 
I've added a "Go Advanced" button that will take you to the full interface, saving whatever you already inputted in the form - that should work for this purpose :)
 
Ok, I asked for direct access somewhere from navbar, as it's more direct and more obvious way. But, if I need to try to open ticket and then go to advanced mode, I could work with it, but it's not obvious.

Also, thinking about it and looking at existing interface, why not just add one more button next to button Click here to open a new support ticket? It's a great place to access my already opened tickets, it's logical, visible, and I think people would like it (and thus use it).

Second, there are bugs.

First of all, this link still works for me: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/ticket.php (this link I access but editing link in browser, I still didn't found it in interface)

But these two doesn't:

Error message is this:

Alan_SP, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

At the moment I see only last 5 opened and closed tickets. Maybe these two links that doesn't work at the moment for me (probably they work for you because your admin privileges) can show all opened tickets in the system? In that case, that's fine, when you make these two links to work for me (and others), I'll be able to access all tickets.

If not, please enable access to all tickets, opened and closed.

Also, I like this system, it makes much easier to track for us status of our tickets.
