vB Optimise auto-corrects for the folders, so no need to worry about that. As for the non-cdn rewrite, I'll take a look, the rewrite isn't 100% and in some places where relative urls are used the content cannot be rewritten (eg: ../images/etc...).

I often use "./images/image.png" as relative url
Should I lose the ./ part for vBO to be able to rewrite it?
If you're doing that in CSS or Templates, then yes, otherwise vBO won't rewrite it. It's designed around the format vB use, so keeping to that should mean everything is replaced correctly.

however I deactivated CDN for now because it serves all my users from the Amsterdam Edge which is slower then serving from my own server in Germany.

small to notice any loading speed issues due to static
files being loaded from the same server.
The cost benefits are large though. I'm serving static files from Maxcdn, but its rather slow and instead of speeding up my site its slowing it down frequently.

Unlikely the team will find any time for that soon tbh, but if the coder of the multiple accounts detector mod would like to have a crack at it tell him to send me a PM and i'll make sure he gets a copy of VBO =)
