Phrases in the chat UTF by default? And what if the server is windows-1251?
We have made no change to any encoding, the shoutbox uses the same encoding as the other databases / the rest of the forum.

I want to thank Belazor and the DB team for their hard work with vbshout. Over the past year or so, Belazor has implemented a lot of my suggestions and I am loving vbshout more than ever. I can't wait to see the create a thread feature taken to the next level as this is a very powerful feature for moderating/documenting as well as capturing topics that end up getting permanently wiped from the record in chat. I expect to use this feature a lot to make some instant threads and develop more forum traffic.
BTW- Are you still on target to release 6.0.1 today? My peeps are getting restless since IE isn't working and the shout target issue is causing problems.

@Belazor , it's great that you guys added jQuery, but will this have a no conflict script build in?
The reason I am asking is because I am using prototype.js on the same page for donations.

It's likely we'll be releasing a Lite beta on Friday, it'll be out of Beta when we're not seeing a huge influx of bugs basically
The reports have dried up for the Pro version so it's time to unleash it on the masses
