Hello,
When i uploaded all the files and imported the xml i see this.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/dbtech/forumon/includes/class_core.php on line 238

Please help me fix this?

Regards
Fakher

Please attempt to rebuild the bitfields via /admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields

I think i got some thing for this but still can't fix it.....
When i import it these are the import results and it doesn't refreshes the adminCP page.

Updating style information for each style

Default Style ... (Templates) (StyleVars) (Replacement Variables) Failed to write css files. Please make sure that the directory 'clientscript/vbulletin_css' is writable.Done.

Now i did change permission for clientscript/vbulletin_css to 0777 but still it says can't write css files.

Now can you advise?

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Update: I visited the buildbitfields page again and checked the front-end, the php warning has gone now :)

The fix for your style issue was to delete all files and folders within vbulletin_css (except for index.html) and then store stylesheets as files once again :)

I recommend deleting the temporary AdminCP account and changing your FTP password now :)

I see the CSS files are now writable but after import i still see the warning at the top of the forum even after visiting bit-field link
Also why doesn't admin page refresh after import is done. More over no settings set is being created in adminCP as it was being created for all other DBTech Mods?

now same thing mentioned below is happening if i try to intall any dbtech mod.....

I am unable to reproduce this issue on your forum - I don't see any warnings. Furthermore I deleted the login information since I was able to successfully import without warnings yesterday.

This mod does not create admin cp pages, no, they go in the bottom right corner next to the AdminCP link. There is one for the Forumon admin cp.

If you are seeing issues with multiple mods then I suggest contacting your host, they may have a weird server setup. Ask them if they do anything out of the ordinary for security reasons or whatnot :)

You did install it? I didn't see any installation on it tho :(
Infact import is halting it I have tried different browsers even.
see screenshots. And i still can see that warning on the forum home page

The admin details i created are still there for your to checkForumon.png

i can see the warning at the moment on my forum can you quickly have a look please?
Now it is displaying
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/dbtech/forumon/includes/class_core.php on line 238

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/class_core.php:5615) in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 4513

And about multiple mods i have been using DBTech mods for quite sometimes on my server like shoutbox and post thanks etc they are working fine.

The only issue I am facing is installation/Import is halting once it finish template modification as per screen shot attached.

Could this be a result of conflict between different mods? I am mostly runing DBTech mods only on my forums id you talk about major ones.

Please i ll be thankful if you can get me out of it. :(

You applied a file edit directly on my server or I ll have to download it again from the you site and re-upload it?
I am importing it with all the files currently on my server and ll update this post ... with a good news hopefully :)
---------------------------------------
Update : I tried to re-import it with files already on the server but still the same issue is coming up as i told you on my last post import is halting as per my screenshot...
I don't see the warning this time tho but still no setting for mod in AdminCP i guess import was halted before completing...... Now what ll you advise?

That page is not a halt page, it means the operation has completed.

This mod does not create admin cp pages, no, they go in the bottom right corner next to the AdminCP link. There is one for the Forumon admin cp.

This means that on your Forum Home page, in the bottom right corner, you'll see a link to the Forumon Admin CP provided your usergroup has the permissions to access forumon :)

I am calling it as halt page because in all other dbtech mods when import finishes it refreshes admincpCP page aswell taking you to AdminCP home but forumon doesn't do that,
also all other mods have their settings and edit option on the left navigation column of adminCP right after the intall but forumon doesn't.

And I don't have even a single setting in AdminCP for Forumon to set permissions or even to touch it. I even can't see if its installed in AdminCP?

In that case, please PM me the AdminCP login again - I deleted the information thinking the issue was solved, sorry for not doing a better job checking that everything was working before deleting it :(

Thank you for giving me your precious time ..... I was very keen to buy pro mods but i can't use PayPal as duscussed in pre-sale forums, so I decided to use lite atleast. I ll say again if you can add moneybookers at pament option i ll be a pro buyer as well.

I have sent you login details nyways.

I found the issue, you need to increase max_allowed_packet in my.cnf to a value much higher than 1M

We use 128M here on DBTech :)

I changed my max_allowed_packet to 128MB now its showing as 134,217,728 bytes but error still its doing the same thing :(

Status after changing max_allowed_packet to 128MB

now same thing mentioned below is happening if i try to intall any dbtech mod.....

Please help.....
Tried these three

Can you try boosting PHP Max Post Size and PHP Maximum Upload Size to 128M as well?
