Hi,
When ever I try to import any product.....
It stucks after doing below things
------------------------------------------------------------------
Rebuild Style Information
Updating style information for each style

Default Style ... (Templates) (StyleVars) (Replacement Variables) Done.

Default Mobile Style ... (Templates) (StyleVars) (Replacement Variables) Done.

Rebuild Style Information
Updating style information for each style

Default ... (Templates) (StyleVars) (Replacement Variables) (CSS) Done.
-----------------------------------------------------------------

AdminCP Page does not refreshes and no settings are created in the AdminCP as that imported product should create.
No errors are generated either on forums or AdminCP

Now this is happening with any Product I am trying to import so this is not Product issue. I guess some PHP configuration is required to be changed can someone please advise me on this?

I have no idea why that would happen, you should try contacting vBulletin support :)

I did they asked to take fresh vb copy connect it with current forum DB after disabling all the plugins and se what happens.
Now I really don't want to mess with my community ..... :(

You could try creating a new database and installing it on the new database first to see if you have the issue or not. Place the vBulletin files in another directory so that it doesn't interfere.

Well I just copied all the files and created a copy of existing DB. I disabled all plugins one by one. and everytime i disabled one plugin i tried to install vBMail, So this as what i found out. New Plugin (vBMail) ll only be installed successfully only if all these five plugin are kept in disable state.

Please Note : If anyone of these is enabled new plugin ll not be installed successfully.

DragonByte Tech: Advanced Registration (Lite)
DragonByte Tech: Advanced User Tagging (Lite)
DragonByte Tech: Forum Live Feed & User Wall (Lite
DragonByte Tech: vBActivity & Awards (Lite)
DragonByte Tech: vBAvatars (Lite)

Either they are fighting with each other somewhere or whatever ...
I don't know if anyone have all these Lite Version installed.

@Support Staff @Fillip H.
I can give you admin login details to my test forums and you can test this thing ...

Hmm. Which of the products did you disable last? Have you tried installing vBMail with the first four to be enabled with only the last one disabled? It's either vBMail that has the problem, or one of the other mods. Do you have any other modifications not by DBTech installed? Fillip H. will get back to you as soon as he's about.

I have some small plugins like user group legends and first post on all page type .... But not major.
I did test disabling/Enabling those aswell but it didn't effect anything.

Let me tell you in detail what did i do....

I disabled all plugin through my config.php using
PHP:
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
and then i tried to install vBMail and vBArcade both were installed without any issue.

Then I removed that line from config.php uninstalled vBMail and disabled all the plugin from adminCP in Manage Product Section.

Then I enabled them one by one and after every enable i tried to install vBMail. I found if anyone of above 5 plugins are enabled vBMail ll not be installed successfully.

I'd be tempted to suggest one of the other plugins is interfering... I find it hard to believe that all those five would have the issue. But Fillip H. will have a better idea when he gets online.

May be... But how come keeping all of these disabled let me install new plugin? and if i ll enable anyone of these I ll not be able to install anything.

Most probably because there is a plugin that is causing the issue (note that a plugin is a part of a product (it inserts content/code at the location of a hook in the code), vBActivity is a product). So the hooks disabled means the plugins can't run... which means whatever was/is causing the conflict can't prevent the installs. When reenabled, then the conflict exists again.

OK now hat i did, I enabled DragonByte Tech: vBActivity & Awards (Lite) and tried to install vBArcade as installation didn't complete.
I diabled DragonByte Tech: vBActivity & Awards (Lite) and tried to import vBArcade again. It was done without nay issue.....

I'll let Fillip H. comment on this as he will have a better understand of anything that might conflict.

There's no conflicts between any of our addons during installation, we have literally several thousand installs across this site and vBulletin.org with no similar issues reported :)

Please try disabling individual plugins within vBActivity (starting with every single one, then re-enable them one by one until you find the culprit).
