Can't download and no email, i've already sent an email for confirmation and nothing

I bought a service that is not working and i cannot find any support.

Sorry for the delay, you sent the email & posted the 2 other support requests while I was sleeping, meaning I was unable to handle your request

Normally we would ask you to send an email to an automated system of ours from the email address you used to purchase the product, but as you have already submitted your business details & sent us an email from the same domain, this extra verification step is not needed.

I have unlocked your purchase and removed the requirement for authorisation for further purchases.
