Can't download bill with VAT

Dear Sirs,

I am Browneditore, a customer.
I think something went wrong while adding my details for billing. Basicly my invoice
does not show my vat number, which is a must for our tax system (it has to be shown in every bill
for tax deduction).
The message I receive is "Your business hasn't been verified yet, or you are not a European Union VAT registered business. You cannot download VAT-enabled invoices at this time. "

Can you please correct my profile and add the vat numer, please?

Hi there,

I can see you have submitted your business details for us to verify. I will go through the necessary steps to validate your VAT ID and make the changes so that you can download a full VAT-enabled invoice, and make sure that for any future purchases you will not be charged VAT.

I'll post back in this thread when everything is ready for you :)
 
Update: You should now be able to download a VAT-enabled invoice via the Client Area :)
