Bug Some User Title Punctuations Don't Show?

Hi, some punctuation characters seems to not work when using custom user titles ! ? - .

Is it on purpose that these punctuation characters don't work? If it is on purpose, is there a file I can edit to make sure these characters are able to show up while setting editing custom user titles?

Those characters are filtered on purpose, for security reasons.
