I am very intersted in this mod however I don't need alot of the features your offering for user front ends like allowing them to buy forum access, or changing their titles etc I suppose I can disable all these??

Second question is that I really like the item shop and want users to be able to buy icons from the shop that I make, and have these icons say 25x25 size appear in the postbit under their username in forum threads. IS this possible with this mod?

will this work with lite version or pro? and what points system is recommend for 4.2.x?

Yeah, you can do that via the "Custom Item" item type. If all you want is icons, the Pro version is not needed.

OK so I guess the free or lite version will allow them to buy the items we create and show them in postibt legacy? can I set a limit to how many are shown? Can users arrange or lets say they own 20 but we only show 10 can they swap them in and out or is there no control of this?

I want points per post. those points can buy items in store and show them in postbit legacy.

If all you want is Points per Post and you're not worried about people spamming to gain points, then you'll be fine without vBCredits, vBShop has an internal points system that gives people points for posts and threads

Ok good thanks, so if I get the lite version of shop to get started can I easily upgrade to pro if I need it or will I / users lose things?

also im not sure I understand the postbit. The free version will show X items I select? So does that mean the users can pick 10 of their twenty purchased items to show? and they can change them at will?

Also does the postbit work natively or am I going to have to hack it in there?

It will work with vBActivity & Awards, in and of themselves they are entirely separate, however it's possible to integrate vBActivity points with vBShop.
