You cannot do this directly, you'll need vBCredits II Deluxe to do it. Link a currency with a vBCredits currency, then set that currency as buyable. You can then also add the vBShop currency to vBAvatars

That's not currently a feature of vBShop.
If vBShop is integrated with vBCredits Pro currenncy though, vBCredits can be used to purchase points via PayPal, which you can then spend in vBShop.
So i need vbshop, vbcredits to make avatars works how i really want

If what you really want is to make avatar parts buyable with real-world credits then you need vBCredits II Deluxe Pro to make that happen, yes.
You don't need vBShop, as you can integrate vBAvatars' currency with vBCredits' currency.
