Default Would be vBCredits suitable for me?

      Hello,

I was looking for a lot of time a Product for vB 3.8 that was able to do the following for replace the vB default rank system.

I want to give the possibility to the users to spent points on the forum:

User snakev make a new thread
User B like it and send 10 points to the thread.
User B doesn't have more points for this day.
User C send 5 Points to the thread
User C has 5 more points to spend on other threads.

The thread created by snakev now have 15 points

Now the idea for replace the default vB system is this: if a thread have more than 50 or 100 points the user who created that thread is promoted to a new usergroup called Complete Users.

I don't need anything special i see that vBCredits have a lot of options for give points based on activity, threads, arcade, reputation, and a large etc but i want something simple as this, so vBCredits can do what i want or i will need to get a custom work?

      Thanks

I believe vBCredits isn't able to limit the amount of points someone can spend in a day - they have as many as they have earned.

@Darkwaltz4 will be able to answer your other question and give you a bit more detail =)

vBCredits II pro has similar, but not exact, features to what you are describing.

First, you can limit the amount earned per day - any above that is ignored. Second, you can limit the number of times someone uses the Adjust action per day (but not the amount being adjusted daily).

Also, there is currently no implementation for usergroup promotion based on credits.
Something that is planned is to integrate with the Like addon here - so clicking Like could send 5 credits to a thread, and you could limit the number of times that happens.
