Go to vborg and look at thread about USM mod, Ozzy explained it there, you need to create plugin, and you can place it wherever you want in postbit. I also explained there how I did this (I created new template hook and changed hook that mod uses to mine).

i did it ozzys way created the plugin but i am comng up short there too i bet i am missing where to change the code for the additional steps

If you do as ozzy suggests, after you created plugin, you have two variables, or text, whatever you want to call it and you place them in postbit, wherever you want.

If you find this to difficult, you'll need to find someone to do this for you (you need to trust this person as this person needs to have admin rights on your forum, even temporarily), or just leave it there till you'll know more how to edit templates, files etc.

if you better explained this in your how to i dont think i would be confused about what steps to do next and where to go to add the variable
