I sell it for 15usd.

Please notice that DBTech will never process, support or encourage license sales. The original purchaser will always be assumed to be the license holder. Purchasing a second hand license will not allow you to utilize the professional support forums etc, and DBTech will never recognize you as the license holder.

Q: Can I sell my license to someone else?

A: No. This is against our Terms and Conditions.

Less formal Answer: We cannot support any sort of license transferring. While we would love to be able to, PayPal are our primary payment processor and they will always recognise the purchasing account as the owner. This is important because if we did allow license transferring the following could occur:

John Doe purchase DBTech Software via PayPal for $100.
John Doe sells his license to Jane Deer for $50
John Doe tells PayPal the original transaction was unauthorised. If PayPal put the reversal through John Doe receives his $100 back and the license is automatically cancelled.

This means Jane Deer has paid $50 in good faith for her license, but it is removed through no fault of her own. Obviously this is a situation we want to avoid, so transferring licenses is not an option.

ufs...im going to think very well before purchase any more dragonbyte mod :)

Terms and conditions are spelled out when you purchase the product, they don't allow selling of the licenses for their own protection, and the second purchaser.

Lets say you buy a license, then sell it to user number 2, they you dispute the transaction with paypal for your original purchase, and they void the transaction.

Then user numer 2 would have a copy of the license which he could no longer get updates for since their was nothing paid to DBTech

thanks for pointing it out again.
Lol, but yeah I think there should be something done about this. for instance the life time licenses being reselled down, for example:

John Doe purchase DBTech Software via PayPal for $100. Life time license.
John Doe sells his license to Jane Deer for $50.
Jane Deer will get a 6 months license for that price. but 25$ will go to DBtech. 25$ will go to John Doe.

Well if they would take into consideration like vBulletin does if you have a lifetime license and would like to sell it make the user wait 6 months before the license could be transferred, yes this would not apply to the other options available to purchase, but is a little more flexible then just no transfers!
