While yeah, it's basically a Facebook for your own, it does look fairly decent for what it is. Also, at 99.00, not too bad either. The add-ons look a bit pricey though. In any case, not too bad really. But I haven't seen what their support is like, release schedules, etc. I also don't plan on switching, but its interesting.

To get most everything, it's 200 bucks, and everything is 300... so the 99 is pretty slimmed down. It's also 49.00 for 6 months of upgrades. Looks like they might nickel and dime you to death. Not sure, but... not feeling it.
