So, this has happened to me in the following configurations (2 players; no CPU)

Open; All
Open; One
Open; Difference

The game ended in a draw (5 vs 5) but one of the users was able to go back to the battle using "Active Battles:" in the navbar and "win cards" even the game ended in 5 vs 5.

Could you explain what you mean by "win cards"?

Also being that this is a highly specific case that's impossible to reliably replicate (i.e. there's no way to produce a 5v5 draw on command, to my knowledge), I'm not sure if this is going to be fixable :(

Win cards - even if it was a draw, 1 user lost cards and 1 user won cards.

Replication - a 5 vs 5 is fairly simple; just play defensive against a defensive CPU. I'll try to provide more details on how to replicate it.

1 user lost cards and 1 user won cards EVEN WITHOUT going back to the battle (through Active battles:) after the battle ended. In other words, the bug occurred without doing anything special - the game ended properly and the bug occured.

Did only 1 player get to take a card or did both players?

Only 1 person gets the card.

Now, another user (was sitting beside me and played for an hour):

- He played for an hour - with normal results - when he won, he won the cards; when the match was draw, he didn't lose the cards.
- He was playing with CPU
- The match ended in a draw and he lost ALL his Level 5 cards (the ones he was playing with basically) - he ended the match; pressed "leave match"; came back to original screen; goes on to play the next match and all his cards from the last game are missing (Available: 0).

Are you certain he left the match? That sounds like what happens if you don't leave the match properly - the game won't let you use the cards in another match.

You are right! I made him go to "Active Battles:" and made him leave the match

BUT

He (and others) said that he did press "Leave Match" (100% sure) but the match didn't end properly.

On that note, he also went back to one of the battles he had with me and the score showed 1 vs 9 (it is always 1 vs 9) and he was able to get my cards even though he didn't win the game against me.

So, it seems like the "Leave Match" button is malfunctioning.

Not something we've been able to confirm in testing, sadly. Hopefully someone else will encounter the problem and we can identify a common reason for it.

Bump :)

Unfortunately without a reliable way to reproduce it and the ability to reproduce it in our testing environments it is impossible for us to fix this :(

Sounds reasonable.

One thing I know for sure is - it never happens with CPU and only happens during member vs member matches. And mostly, the person who sets up the invitation ends up losing cards even though if it was a draw.
