Question no buttons

I've installed the product, but can only see the like/dislike statistics for each user. I don't see any like/unlike buttons. There's a thumbs up and thumbs down displaying with 0s next to them, but clicking them doesn't do anything.

I also get error messages in Button Management that look like this:

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /home/.../forum/includes/init.php on line 55

After some googling, I believe the error messages are due to a compatibility problem between vBulletin 3.8.7 and php5.3.

Have you edited each button and set the Can Click permission, via the Button Management interface?

You are indeed correct, please update to vBulletin 3.8.8 to get rid of these messages.
