Bug The button can Collapse but can't expand

i have install the product
when the product installation is down
i tried to look to my postbit so what's the changes
when i look
there is + button
i click on it and it collapse
when i tried it again
it doesn't

anyone can help me

Unfortunately that's a level of customisation that we're unable to assist with.

The collapse button works fine, but I couldn't tell you how to change the postbit since I've never used the horizontal postbit for the very reason you're illustrating in this thread

why is that other forum
can use the expand and collapse button
but why me i can't

It could be a conflict with another mod, I couldn't say

In either case, if you change the contents of dbtech_thanks_postbit to just then it will eliminate the collapse object
