I had the APTL mod installed by my hosting service.
Everything looks great except nothing registers when I click on one of the buttons.
I have done some research on the vBulletin.org forum and haven't found a solution.
I use cPanel and I have a little experience.
It was mentioned that I need the "thanks.php" file in my vbulletin folder. Can someone elaborate a little further?
Thanks, in advance, for your input.

You need to drag and drop the contents of the upload folder into the folder where your "forum.php" file is. Do not attempt to upload each file individually, as it's much more likely to misplace a file.

Thanks. Here is a screenshot of the installation. Are you saying I should drag and drop everything in the DBTech/Thanks directory into the Forum directory?

It would be a lot easier for you see what I mean by using an FTP client instead of the File Manager interface in cPanel. If you need a good, free FTP client, you can get one from https://filezilla-project.org/
You would use ftp.yourdomain.com as the Host, and the same username & password as you currently log in to cPanel with.

Once you have connected, navingate to public_html/forum in FileZilla, Ctrl+A to select all files & folders in the upload directory for your downloaded product, then drag & drop them into the main view in FileZilla.

You can also view a tutorial for how to use this program here: https://wiki.filezilla-project.org/Using

I used ftp to move the directory from my local machine to my server. The mod is installed.

The buttons don't do anything. Am I missing something?

No, that's not the correct way of uploading the files.

As I said, you need to move the contents of the entire "upload" folder, not the contents of "upload/dbtech".

On the "Local Site" side, move to "[DBTech] Advanced Post Thanks - Like [Lite]\upload".
On the "Remote Site" side, move to "/public_html/forum".

Move the entire folder structure EXACTLY AS SEEN in the file name list over to the right hand site via drag & drop.
