I just tried to install. I copied the "usertag.php" into the admincp folder, copied the "dbtech" folder to the vB root, and copied the contents of the "upload/includes/xml" folder into "/includes/xml". I then tried to add it in the admincp, and it hangs, showing:

Importing Product, Please Wait...

I just upgraded to 4.2.2, and did not have this mod previously installed at all. The rest of the board looks like it works perfectly. I want to purchase the pro version, but I need to make sure it works first.

Can you please edit your issue and provide the correct URL to your forum? Thanks :)

Our system only supports domain URLs, not IP address URLs. Do you not have a domain name for your forum?

Anyway, you need to drag and drop the contents of the upload folder to the folder where your forum files are. Also, make sure display_errors is enabled in php.ini so you can see any error messages that may be preventing the mod from installing.

I don't have the domain name transferred yet, so IP address is the only way to access it right now.

My host doesn't give me access to modify php.ini.

I tried it again anyway, and it still doesn't work. Just hangs.

Oops, I was trying to access from ssh. I was able to change the setting via cpanel. And that's where I noticed it was set to use php5.2 instead of 5.4. It worked finally. Thanks!
