So just to recap, it's like this:
You create a post using BBCode, then once the post is posted you copy it into the editor in the Post Templates area in the UserCP, then when you attempt to use the template HTML shows up instead of BBCode?

I have the same issue. And it was not like this before. I upgraded to the latest version, so I am still using my old templates that was created before. When editing the templates they look fine, no code, but when using them the code is added in the post.

Yes, Maybe we are both crazy...I am just happy I am not the only one.
Just for sanity's sake, disable the DragonByte Tech: Post Templates / editor_toolbar_end plugin in Plugin Manager and see if the issue still persists.

I tried it quickly but did not clear any cache...I will disable again and test it out.
