Question Auto Insert

Seen this done else where but doing my head in how its done.

How can i have it automatically add post template i have created once a new thread for a given section is clicked and as soon as the new thread page appears the template is already there, At the moment a member has to select it from post template list.

I did think it was draft posts and downloaded it and paid for branding free only to find it won't save without a thread title and i would prefer to save it was a section title :-(

Is it possible its some sort of conditional that if new thread for forum id is selected then input this post template?

Totally lost on this especially as i seen it done.

If you can point out the mod where it's done before we can look into replicating similar functionality
