I see that the info panel here has the option to disable certain parts of it, is that provided in the current available pro version? Is it possible to do these options globally by default and then people can change later from my specific settings?

No, users cannot re-enable parts that you have disabled.

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.
That still didn't answer my first question. Because in my lite version, there are no such options and the pro feature list says nothing about it.
