That only happens if someone accesses the page before the mod is installed.
Go to your Phrase Manager in the AdminCP, do you see "DragonByte Tech: InfoPanels Phrases" as a phrasegroup? If yes, it's safe to ignore that.
If no, please re-import the XML then check for it again.
