      Default Database error

      Hello to all.

      After looking for many statistics for vB, finally I found theirs, I like very much since it gives you a lot of important information, and before buying it wanted to prove them since I did with Shoutbox, but from the installation it me has not worked, says a message Database mistake, and always this one equally, I leave an image them in order that they could see it.

      There is some solution?

      Hi Fillip, first of all sorry for my bad English. I have to use a translator for ask in this forum.
      We have followed your instructions and changed collation of thread an user tables to latin1_swedish_ci, but the error remains.
      Also we have tried reinstalling the mod without changes.

      I've checked config.php and it has:

      But I haven't received any email.
      Is there another thing I have to config?
