Database error

Hello to all.

After looking for many statistics for vB, finally I found theirs, I like very much since it gives you a lot of important information, and before buying it wanted to prove them since I did with Shoutbox, but from the installation it me has not worked, says a message Database mistake, and always this one equally, I leave an image them in order that they could see it.

There is some solution?

Sorry, I don't understand what you're saying.

I advised you how to solve the error, there's sadly nothing more I can do about it

Hi Fillip, first of all sorry for my bad English. I have to use a translator for ask in this forum.
We have followed your instructions and changed collation of thread an user tables to latin1_swedish_ci, but the error remains.
Also we have tried reinstalling the mod without changes.
Thanks for your advice.

Then please contact your host, and paste them the error message found in the database error email you will have received

The technicalemail config.php variable

Set that to your email address, and you should begin to receive error emails

I've checked config.php and it has:

// ****** TECHNICAL EMAIL ADDRESS ******

// If any database errors occur, they will be emailed to the address specified here.

// Leave this blank to not send any emails when there is a database error.

$config['Database']['technicalemail'] = '***************';

But I haven't received any email.
Is there another thing I have to config?

Check the spam folder for that email account.
