Hi to all.. this morning I installed the lite version of this plug-in.

I saw a strange issue. I create a criteria in this way:

As you can see on three criteria two fails :(

I would like that the users than have as post from 1000 to 5000 and had posted the last post within 60 days receive the awards. What i wrong?
sorry for my bad english

I wrote even here.

Thanks in advance!
Maurizio

You didn't do anything wrong that I can see. If someone has less than 1000 posts and has posted within the last 60 days, the display in question is correct :)

Not less but more than 1000 post and less then 5000.

but what does it mean the red decorator?

Thanks however for the fast replay!

Ah ok! so If i have 1500 post I should see green at least the first two criterias

But I don't understan why the "day since last post" is red.. i wrote the last message today so my date is less than 60 days. :RpS_confused:

It's possible that particular field didn't get updated in the DB when you made a post. If so, that would be a vBulletin issue and not an issue with this mod.

Hi .. these are three screenshot that show that that decorator should be green :(

Any idea?

Could be that the plug-in has problem with the unixdate? In the db all dates are in this format 1383559719
Thanks in advance!

I have identified an issue with the All Achievements page that would prevent this from working correctly. There will be a Patch Level 1 release next Monday to address this.

PS: For the future, could you please not bump your threads? It won't get you an answer any quicker. Thanks!

Bump?
I think that I found a bug and your last answer is "it's not a plug-in bug".. after a day that I didn't received an answer (and other threads yes) I do an "up" only for receive an answer.
However thanks, now I know what to do.

If you prefer you can even delete all thread.
Bye

"Bump" stands for Bring Up My Post and refers to the act of double-posting in order to draw more attention to your post :)

Hi Fillip H., can you tell me approximately when will be release the new version?
thanks

ahaha sorry.. I read always 3.1.4 I and I thinked that was always the same version :)

I will uninstall the previous version and install this last.
thanks! I will let you know ;)

Hi Fillip H.
I'm afraid but I still have the problem. I upgraded the plug-in (upload all files and imported the xml) but I still see red the criteria "Days Since Last Post".

What can i do?
Thanks in advanced.

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

I'am afraid but I cann't do that.

I'm available to help you but I cann't provide you a temporary ftp/admincp access.
Bye!

In that case I'm unfortunately unable to assist you any further.

If someone else reports the same issue and they're willing to provide the assistance needed to fix it, this issue may be fixed in a future version.

OK, no problem but I have this problem even on my offline forum .. so I think that this problem can be reproduce whenever.

However thanks, I hope to use this funny plug-in in the futures.
Bye
