I've been unable to find the root cause of the issue, but I've worked around it. It should now be working correctly for you

You should now delete the temporary access accounts

Care to share the fixes Fillip H.? We're having the exact same issue and I'm thinking it's related to PHP 5.4.

vBulletin 4 doesn't support PHP 5.4, you should stick to PHP 5.3.
