I'm a mod on a site and we have a all users shoutbox and a staff shoutbox, and the staff shoutbox will not load for me and only me. http://puu.sh/qjzj I get the forever loading error. Help please!

Do note that version 5.4.8 is no longer fully supported, so we will sadly be unable to assist with any issues in the code itself.

I believe that's to do with the font family used in your skin. I'm not quite sure how to fix it, though.

Yeah, but like I said in the quote it's to do with the font family you set in your skin, unfortunately being not a skin coder I couldn't tell you where exactly to go to fix it - the error exists because you use the ' symbol in the font-family, and vBShout reads the font from your skin to determine the default font.

had the same problem with one of my skins could not tell u how to fix it but only way would be to login to ur admin panel once i see it i will know
