Question Shoutbox Background

How do I change the Shoutbox background, I changed the input area but I cannot figure out how to change the main area and active users.

Try the 3 vBShout CSS templates you can find under the "CSS Templates" template group. You can also use developer tools like Chrome's F12 or Firefox' Firebug to see exactly what CSS properties are applied to areas you want to change.
