I am unable to replicate this issue. Try clicking on the username you clicked to open it, or try clicking the Close link.
Sadly I was unable to get "click off the menu to close it" working like the standard vB menus

When I say "Hotfix Released" it means you should re-download the product and re-upload the files.
it works then stops then works.
i have also nocited that online usersblock when click on username for the popup menu it goes off the page rather than popup to the left to stay on the screen

I see it on your forum, though I can't replicate the circumstances anywhere else.
There's also a separate issue on your forum which is causing excessive resource usage.
Could you please upgrade my account Belazor to admin as well as PM me with an FTP account? If so, I'll fix these issues right up for you

I've hotfixed the menu issue I believe - if you re-download and re-upload /dbtech/vbshout/clientscript/vbshout.js then do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 on all browsers except Chrome) you should see that working
The resource usage issue still exists on your forum though, let me know if you want me to look into that for you
