We're releasing vBShout v6.2.4 in order to add a frequently requested feature; it is now possible to disallow using the "Invisible" feature on a per-instance basis.

- Disable the "Invisible" feature per-instance
- Makes users who chose to be invisible re-appear
- Restores users' original preferences if Invisible is re-enabled
