We're releasing vBMail v2.0.0 Beta 2 in order to add the next level of functionality in our effort to improve the subscription functionality in vBMail.
Users who click Unsubscribe will now be asked for their feedback as to why they chose to unsubscribe. This happens after their unsubscription has been processed, so it's not an extra step added - purely optional. The feedback will be emailed to the "Webmaster Email".
We intend to add more functionality to vBMail v2 before calling it Gold, namely the ability to customise the pre-defined Subscription Feedback entries (this will be a Pro-only feature) as well as add "Inactive User Reminders" (some of this functionality will be Pro-only).
