Bug Fixes:
- Invalid directory lookups should now fail with a 404 instead of generating a PHP Warning
- Threaded and Hybrid modes would not work as expected
- External Link Titles would not look up correctly if the page had a 301 or 302 redirect on certain systems
- (vB4) CMS Section URLs would not properly rewrite Page 2 onwards
- (vB4) CMS Category URLs would not properly load Page 2 onwards
- (vB3) Editing threads would produce a PHP error
