Bug Fixes:

• Blog Attachments could create DB errors in certain scenarios
• Announcements module could create PHP warnings in certain scenarios
• Invalid input in the config.php file could create a PHP error preventing page execution
• The Page Exclusion feature would not accept all RegExp features
• In some circumstances, redirects could send you to an incorrect URL
• The "Subdomain Style" wasn't being properly enforced in all instances
