Ok everything is set up correctly, and functioning as intended.
Here is how a post looks to user 2, after user 1 uses the hide tags, and requiring thanks to see content:

Here is how a post looks to user 2 after user 1 uploads a attachment, and requires the likes to see attachments:

I also added the custom bb code for the hide tags, so you do not have to type them in manually.
So the product is fully functional and is working correctly on your site!

Their was nothing really wrong with it, I just corrected a few perms and added the custom bbcode so you don't have to type out the hide tags.
I do not believe you can delete others clicks, as it is the other user that clicked the button.
