The sitemap mistake and get redirected to the forum index, eg.

That's not the correct way to access your sitemap content. If you wish to submit your sitemap manually to Google Webmaster Tools, please use this link: http://www.foroxd.com/dbseositemap.php, which is a "Sitemap Index" file that will tell Google how to access the rest of your sitemap

Could you please translate that warning message for me?

Also, if you go back to the main page in GWT, you have a tickbox next to /dbseositemap.php, if you tick it and hit Resubmit, it'll re-scan the sitemap and clear any existing errors

What are the 3 links on the side? They could be the ones that have no URLs. You can exclude those content types from the sitemap to avoid this error.
