Bug Turning off Nav Bar

In ACP, when choosing NO for the NavBar, after save it still appears on the site.

This isn't a bug, but part of the system in place for the older versions of vB4. To turn off the Navbar, you need to deactivate it in the Navigation Manager.

ha! Been admin on the site for 2 years and still forget about the Navigation Manager Thank you!
