We're using the option to use vb notifications with the classies.

Sometimes a notification for the classies will not clear, happens on all feedback notifications, it will hang and takes hours to disappear even after reading/acting on it.

Also, sometimes a there is no option to leave feedback, when an items been bought or sold.

Link in sold PM takes you to a blank screen now, not the active listing/sold listing

The issues relating to being able to leave feedback and duplicated feedback all link back to the same issue.

The changes we made last week to fix some issues meant a check as to whether feedback had been left and whether to show the Leave Feedback option were back to front. This meant it was possible for a user to leave feedback, think that it wasn't left, and so leave feedback again for the same item. I suspect that is why you have duplicated feedback items.

I've fixed the issue with the Leave Feedback option displaying correctly, the duplicates will require something more to resolve. If I can get a maintenance tool put together to fix it I will. If not, I'll aim to provide some instructions during the week to run a SQL command to do the same thing for you.

The vBNotifications problem I'm not sure on. I'll ask Fillip for some input on that. Have you done anything to setup that notification in vBNotifications? Do you have the settings available that you have for that notification?

Nother case of the admin brain fart. I cant find the settings for the vbnotifications :p

You may not have permissions to see them. They have to be manually added for an admin to access them. :)

If you do have permissions, look for vBNotifications in the ACP. :)

Check that default's admins specific permissions for vBNotifications. Sometimes they get missed. :)
