      Default Complete rework of thread rating stars.

      I hope you guys wont mind me posting this here, but the stars for this mod really does not look good on a dark skin. Especially the small ones. So I had one of my members redo them completely. I mean the matrix image and all. They really look 110% better now. Even on a light skin.....but especially on a dark skin. So I will post it here for the members using dark forum skins.
