I´ve used the WS TweetPoster until now, because he has the ability, that a user can add own hashtags to the post, which show up in the tweet at Twitter.
What I am really missing in both tweet-mods is an admin option, where default hashtags can be inserted per subforum. For example, if you´re running an automotive site and have subforums for Porsche, Mercedes, BMW and Audi, it would be great to have own hashtags for each of them to raise more attention in the approriate hashtag-channels, instead of having only the global site hashtags like #cars # automobiles aso.
