I am unable to replicate that on my local, is the "CRR Bot" in a usergroup that has permission to send pm's?

So it turned out that having "Receive Private Messages" set to no also means you cannot "send" PM's. Interesting.
However, while I was testing it seems that the PM sent from the follow user mod does not show the signature. The normal PM's I send from the bot does.

Ok cool I have some info to go on now, I'll do some testing and report back when I have fixed the issue, probably some time tomorrow. I should be able to fix the signature thing too.

Yeah that is controlled by the Private Messaging: option in the usercp, even with that set to no, I am still unable to replicate the issue.

Ok lemme ask ya this, did you set that to no from the ACP or from the "CRR Bot"'s usercp?

That is really strange, even setting that to no I still am unable to replicate the issue.

Well I tested it both of my sites with the same results. Will only send PM's with the setting to yes and when it does send PM there is no signature.

Can you pm me with a admin account so I can see this in action for myself, maybe I might see something that could cause that. If you have a test account also that would be helpful so I can follow and post and see the pm that is sent.

I still can not get it to do that even on your site, here is the steps I took.

1) I added a new test account "ozzy test"
2) I as the admin account you sent me followed the above user.
3) I as the new account posted in the forum.
4) I as the admin account got a pm about the new post.

Oh I see. Isn't that interesting.
However, you will notice even in your pic the signature is not showing.

Oh is that all that is left is the signature? I though you were still having issues with it sending the pm with the Receive Private Messages set to No. Which I have set to now.

As far as the signature that will be added in the next release with a option to show it or not in the settings. I should have that out sometime this week if all goes to plan.

Great news on the signature Ozzy.

So did you have to change anything to get it to work with the setting to "no"? I am curious as to why it wasn't working in the beginning.

No sir I did not change anything other than that setting from Yes to No.

I will delete the test account I set up and you can disable admin for the account you sent me for testing.

As always thanks for reporting, and if something else comes up let me know.

Hey Ozzy should the prefix on this thread be changed from [Unconfirmed] to [accepted] for the signature issue? :)
Just don't want you to forget about it. ;)

Done, I already have it coded in, just trying to track down some other bugs before I release a update.
