I have a problem and if you please help me ="(

I create a backup for my database via plesk panel, and now when I try to restore it in the new server I can't because it's bigger then 2GB and more then that with simple mistake I no longer have the database on the old server, all I have is this backup ".dump"

So what can I do to restore it or at least split it now ="(?

other thing, do vBulletin support MSSQL?

Note: my server is windows T.T
