Bug Three issues

Just upgraded from 1.1.1 due to one of our Form questions not displaying what member had inputted.

1)We have two questions, one is numeric and the other is text. Basically the first question is taking the answer from 2nd question. See screenshot, first answer was entered as 033, but displays Apollo.

2) Using our 3rd party skin Category drop down is not working, does the skin need editing?

3) Clicking Edit on a created thread to edit answer is taking me to do not have permission page, even though I'm admin.

I've had to disable for now.

Can you please post screenshots of the full configuration for the question that's allegedly taking the wrong answer, as well as the full configuration for the question whose answer is being used, so I can try to replicate this?

Please try it in the default skin as well.

3) Clicking Edit on a created thread to edit answer is taking me to do not have permission page, even though I'm admin.
Make sure you have configured the correct Category "Can Edit" permissions per-category as well.
 
Just re-enabled the mod, Category drop down seems to be working now. Strange, all i'd done was disable the mod yesterday and enable today to get these screenshots.

Still cannot edit, yes its enabled.

Sorry for the delay, I believe I've hotfixed this now :)

Could you please re-download and re-upload the files from v2.1.0?
 
Just re-uploaded. I can edit, but numeric question still keeps keeps getting answer from other question. Even editing will not save the correct answer.
 
Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for your help, found the issue. I'd given the two questions the same varname, changed and all working ok now.
