Below is graphic of problem

ScreenHunter_05-Jul.-25-11..jpg

If I open up the Link Directory (vbalinksdirectory) the sub menu for the Gallery opens and blocks out the Links submenus as per the att img

Of course if I disable the Gallery I dont have this problem in the Links Directory. Could be vBlinksDirectory or DB Gallery - not sure which one is causing this.

Both the Gallery and Links both add a link to the menu automatically and dont appear in the Navigation Manager.

Have you had this problem before - if so Is there a fix?

What happens if you click the Gallery menu entry, does the Link Directory subnav also show up then?

If I click on the Gallery button it only only shows the Gallery sub menu.

If I click on the Link button then the sub menu has both the sub menus - link and gallery mixed in and unreadable

i've left it up on the site if you want to look at it

I've added a potential hotfix for this to /dbtech/gallery/hooks/navigation_tab_complete.php for the latest version (v1.3.2 PL1). Could you please re-download the mod and re-upload that file and see if this works for you?

Additionally, I detected several problems with the Lite version of vBCredits, could you please also re-download v2.1.1 PL2 and re-upload all files from that product? You won't need to re-import the product XML file.

Menu item isnt showing after uploading that file.

I am also having a problem setting any permissions other than "Is Admin" - that is the only option as far as I can see in group permissions, and the menu item doesnt show for anyone but admin?

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Update: This has now been fixed permanently @ your site and in the release product, thanks :)
