i have some problems to understand the Categories right.

For example, i have CA, CB and CD

I upload a picture in CA and when i click now in the sidebar block categories of Categorie CD i can see also my upload picture, but i have load it just in CA why i can see it in all other categories also?

When you imported did you select a category to import the images into? And did you import from vBAlbums or something different?

On the comments counter, are they imported comments or new ones you've added since you imported?

Sorry it took me a few to get back to you, we moved to a new server and my notifications weren't working.

Just from vb Albums, i have chose a categorie, but he put it not into.

Which version of the gallery are you using? The latest (1.2.5) should be adding the count. If you want to give me ftp/acp access I will look at the problem.

There is no way to move them all to one category, but I can do it while I have access, just let me know what category to put them in.

I imported 8000 images from vb albums into gallery and placed them all in a category called "Uncatagorized." Now when I click on any of the other categories, gallery returns all the uncatagorized images. How do I get gallery to show the proper category images that have been catagorized properly? Thanks

Going to bump this to see if this problem gets resolved or if this is a mod killer.l

Hi EJBreeze, sorry about missing this thread. I'm a bit confused. Are the images that you imported not in categories or are they in a category but they are showing in other categories regardless?

Dylan the images I imported show in every category rather than just the category they were imported to. Thanks for answering. This has been driving me crazy.

When you see the images, do they have a category name?

If it doesn't say Category: Then they aren't in a specific category and that's the problem. I can look and see what code I'd need to change to hide those when viewing a category.
