Question Manually add contributions

Hi there,

I have installed vBDonate, Everything is working fine except for the following:

We received a contribution today, despite "IM's" set to on, no IM was sent to the contributor or the admins as requested in the IM section.

Also, There is no trace of the contribution on the vBDonate screen or even the Contribute page.

How do we manually add the donate to the bar? I have checked the AdminCP ad even on the contribution page itself!

It is enabled for Admins, I am an Admin - but I Cannot find ANYWHERE on how to add the donation!?!

This defeats the whole point in this product if I can't display to my users how we are performing!

Also, there is no mention of this in the COntribution List!

Okay,

I have enabled the top Usergroup setting (Allows you add manual contributions)

But we cannot find where to ADD the MANUAL contribution to the vBDonate (I've checked in the admincp, on the donation page itself - but there is no sign of the ability to add a manual donation)

Okay so a member of the forum decided to contribute. The contribution is showing in my PayPal account, but if you go into Contribution List - there is no trace/sign/audit of the contribution being sent to us.

So our vbDonate bar is still STUCK at £0 - yet we have received a contribution/donation !?!?! Please advise how we manually add this - as it is clear the automatic process is not working!
